It has become apparent via a meeting between carrier H3G and Nokia in Milan, Italy that the Finnish handset maker is planning to provide internet tethering support on its Lumia 800 series devices by means of a software update before the month is out.
Internet sharing was possible out of the box on Nokia's Lumia 610 and 900 smartphones and it's been said that the feature will be made available on the Lumia 710 in the near future as well.
In relative news, as a reminder there is a new firmware update on the horizon for Lumia 710 and 800 phones, build 12070 promising better battery life and many other improvements.
